For a contribution of $10 or more, we can make this happen for you. Provide to us the the reason for the contribution (birthday, graduation, etc.), who needs to receive the donation card and your donation card will be mailed immediately.

We have two donation cards to choose from. One states “In Memory Of” and the other “In Honor Of.” The product gallery contains an example of each card. You will make your designation when donating.
