ADOPTABLE GREYHOUNDS
SEGA currently receives most of its adoptable Greyhounds via the Irish Retired Greyhound Trust, Greyhound Racing New South Wales (Australia) or Greyhound Pets of America. American racing Greyhounds become available in very rare cases, especially since the 2020 closure of Florida Greyhound tracks. Potential adopters are encouraged to submit their applications but also be prepared for longer than normal wait times for an adoption.

The non-refundable adoption fees are:
- $875 - Irish or Australian Greyhound adoption
- $470 - American Greyhound adoption

Ted is a BIG boy who does not realize his size. He is friendly and active and needs a fenced yard for regular romps. He loves to be near people, so adopters must be committed to Separation Anxiety prevention. He would appreciate another Greyhound or other large dog for company.

Shadow's foster home reports that he is a super sweet buddy who will sit on command, is unconcerned with her cats, and is a professional bed failer -- exhibiting that typical Greyhound trait of being completely comfortable with half his body off the dog bed. He has come back to us through no fault of his own, so he is home-acclimated and ready to be your very own Shadow.
