ADOPTABLE GREYHOUNDS
SEGA currently receives most of its adoptable Greyhounds via the Irish Retired Greyhound Trust, Greyhound Racing New South Wales (Australia) or Greyhound Pets of America. American racing Greyhounds become available in very rare cases, especially since the 2020 closure of Florida Greyhound tracks. Potential adopters are encouraged to submit their applications but also be prepared for longer than normal wait times for an adoption.
We currently have 4 hounds available for adoption.

Rev is a friendly and engaging boy with a lovely temperament and a strong connection to people. He is very human-focused, coming when called and happily accepting pats. He is confident in new environments and enjoys toys. He can be a little strong on lead, so a commitment to continued training with leash manners will be needed. He has shown mixed responses with small dogs, so he would likely do better with a larger canine companion.

She has been exposed to a Mini Schnauzer and a Cavoodle, and she was friendly throughout, so it's likely she could live with a small dog companion. She loves toys and would enjoy a family who will toss a ball with her or take her on fun adventures.
