2026 Great Global Greyhound Walk
Join Greyhound owners from all over the Atlanta area at the 2026 Great Global Greyhound Walk in Alpharetta, GA on Sunday, September 27.
The Great Global Greyhound Walk is a worldwide celebration of greyhounds, lurchers and other sighthounds, bringing together thousands of dogs and their owners for one special day each year. For more information on the event, visit https://greatglobalgreyhoundwalk.co.uk/.
This annual “non-denominational” event is open to all local Atlanta Greyhound owners and their Greyhound(s), regardless of from where you adopted or acquired your hound(s).
NOTE — this event is organized by local Greyhound owners and adoption group volunteers from around the area and not directly affiliated with Southeastern Greyhound Adoption or the Southeastern Greyhound Club.

Parking
There is ample parking at the venue. Please be mindful, however, of ongoing construction at the equestrian center. You may need to park up the street on Wills Road at the nearby recreation center.
