Georgia Renaissance Festival and Hounds of East Fairhaven

Southeastern Greyhound Adoption (SEGA) is working to partner with the Hounds of East Fairhaven — a historical re-enactment group performing at the 2026 Georgia Renaissance Festival (https://www.garenfest.com/).

The Hounds of East Fairhaven (https://www.facebook.com/HoundsofEastFairhaven AND https://www.instagram.com/the.hounds.of.east.fairhavenhttps://www.instagram.com/the.hounds.of.east.fairhaven) promote the Greyhound breed at this and other events all over North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Volunteers will get to dress in period costumes and circulate at the event with other similarly dressed performers in the “royal court.”

NOTE — Participation will be limited to participants who complete training with their appropriately vaccinated Greyhound(s) and agree to dress in appropriate period costumes. Full details will be provided by the event organizers as we learn more.
