Greyhounds at Newnan Porchfest

Y’all come on out and join Southeastern Greyhound Adoption for the Newnan Porchfest, Saturday, May 30 in Newnan, GA.You’re invited to bring your well-behaved and crowd-friendly Greyhound(s) out for a SEGA pack walk through this dog-friendly festival of music and homes.

The Newnan Porchfest

The inaugural 2025 Newnan Porchfest brought out “more than 10,000 people together to enjoy dozens of bands, artists, and musicians performing on the porches of historic homes, along with food and drinks from local vendors, handcrafted art and goods, and VIP experiences hosted by the Newnan-Coweta History Center.”

Let’s make the second year of this annual festival one to remember — complete with Greyhounds from around the Atlanta-metro area!

Schedule (Tentative, Pending Weather)

• 11:00am – Park and meet at the lot behind Dunc’s BBQ Kitchen at
• 11:15am – Start walking with the SEGA group towards the main event venues and festival
• 12:00pm – Enjoy the Newnan Porchfest with your fellow Greyhound lovers and owners
• TBD – Lunch together at Dunc’s BBQ Kitchen (pending everyone’s interest and availability)

Parking

SEGA pack walk participants for the Newnan Porchfest are invited to park behind the aforementioned BBQ joint along with other fellow SEGA hound owners.

We don’t anticipate the parking to require payment, but please bring cash in case it’s used as a paid parking lot during the event.
