Greyhound Racing: The Early Days – An Evening with Charlie Blanning

The Southeastern Greyhound Club cordially invites you to join us for our first post-COVID quarterly gathering on Wednesday, April 26 7:30pm. The event will be held at Provino’s Italian Restaurant in Kennesaw, GA.
Our guest speaker will be Charlie Blanning, Greyhound historian and author of three (3) histories of the Greyhound breed.
Charlie will present a talk — Greyhound Racing: The Early Days — from his book, Please Mister: The Golden Days of Greyhound Racing. Charlie will also provide a sneak preview of his first Greyhound fiction novel, Rags to Riches (Summer 2023).
If you own a copy of one of Charlie’s books, you’re invited to bring them to be signed by the author. A limited selection of Please Mister: The Golden Days of Greyhound Racing MAY be available for purchase.
